How do I spray paint my burglar bar with different designs. I want to be able to spray paint my burglar bar in different designs like roses etc. Just like the designs on eating ceramic plates, cups, etc.

I would imagine you would need to make paper stensels or cut-outs and spray over them… try a search at Google… or search for Decoupage which is a similar technique…
