I have red stained cement from about 7 years ago. The cement needs stained again want to do the same color. What do I have to do to get the stain to stick to the previous color?

If you have never waxed it… then go ahead and CLEAN IT first with TSP and warm water… let dry over nite, then apply your new stain again…
If you waxed it you will need to use a commercial wax remover first (follow label instructions)… Good Luck!
