By 2 pac paint I assume you mean a two component material. If this is the case, you have a mess on your floor.
Usually a 2 component product remaining sticky is due to improper mixing or a contaminant which will cause the product to not cure.
Please check with the supplier as for their recommendations. There is such a wide variety of two component products it would be impossible for me to advise a solution.
