I had used a 100% tung oil on to a old floor. All I did was water clean the floor and put on the tung oil with a painting brush and allow it to dry for 6 hours.

But I have a hard time to wipe off the extra oil completely, I can feel the oil when I walk on the floor. How can I repair this problem?
