Just was getting ready to paint the walls in our new house. The paint is just pealing off the wall. Is there a cleaner to help get it off easier or a primer we can put on top to help us with the days worth of pealing we have?

No… you really have to sweat a bit and do the work… just scrape it all down to a firm edge around every peeled area… then Spackle all those edges (see proper Spackling techniques)… then lightly sand all… then Prime all (the WHOLE WALL) with a Pigmented Shellac Sealer Primer… then you may finish coat with a good brand acrylic paint, like Sherwin Williams or Behr… 1 coat will do… use a flat finish on ceilings and walls in most rooms… but use a semi finish in baths and kitchens and halls and on all woodwork… SEE my web site for help: http://www.Paintahouse.Com …GOOD LUCK!
