I live in the woods and have just built a new porch onto the front of my house. The roof of my house and porch has deep green shingles, deep green shutters with white foundation. The siding is a creamy beige. Also would like to know what color is best for the steps, handrails and the door.

Considering that your house is creamy beige, the creamy white would be good for the majority of the porch. Continue using the deep green as an accent color by painting the railings and columns the deep green. It looks very nice.
