What is the best sheen of paint to use on interior trim?

Just wondering what sheen to use on the interior trim?

Semi-gloss works the best. It cleans well and is scuff resistant. If a plastic look isn't to your liking you can also use a satin sheen. I wouldn't go any less than satin.
