A LOT!
This type of home is the most labor intensive. I'm doing one right now and it is taking a lot of of man hours and material (primer and caulking) just to get it ready for painting. Your cost depends on many things; how much prep will you do, the materials that are needed and the number of colors. The more colors the more time and paint it will take.
Take everything into account and don't under estimate. It's easy to loose money when painting an old home.
