I have a T&G pine ceiling I sprayed it with acrylic urethane. I have overspray on fresh drywall. Can I just prime directly over the urethane overspray then paint?

Yes, go ahead and prime the walls. The overspray isn't a problem since it is an acrylic urethane and is easily primed with any good acrylic wall board primer. If it was a varnish you would have needed some oil base primer.
